Full-Time Senior Manager - Customer Success Banking

Senior Manager – Banking role is part of the Customer Excellence Group. Our purpose is accelerating platform adoption and improving customer results.

Role Responsibilities:

• Advocate for banking customers.
• Lead team responsible for a portfolio of Banking customers to achieve goals and foster adoption.
• Oversee team engagement with customers.
• Leverage AI to improve work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Deliver on modernization and transformation of Banking Platforms.
• Lead multiple independent projects effectively.
• Solve complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Lead high-functioning, diverse teams.
• Represent the Impact Banking Organization.
• Display unwavering passion for technical, relationship and operational excellence.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years related work and Platform experience; OR equivalent work experience.
• Direct Banking Industry experience.
• Hands-on modernization and transformation experience.
• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration.
• P&L experience.
• Strong leadership, team management skills.
• Completed ServiceNow and other relevant certifications (Customer Success, CSA, PMP, OCM, Lean).
• Ability to grow teams and embrace organizational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
