Senior Manager – Banking role is part of the Customer Excellence Group. Our purpose is accelerating platform adoption and improving customer results.
Role Responsibilities:
- Advocate for banking customers.
- Lead team responsible for a portfolio of Banking customers to achieve goals and foster adoption.
- Oversee team engagement with customers.
- Leverage AI to improve work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Deliver on modernization and transformation of Banking Platforms.
- Lead multiple independent projects effectively.
- Solve complex issues through analysis and resolution.
- Lead high-functioning, diverse teams.
- Represent the Impact Banking Organization.
- Display unwavering passion for technical, relationship and operational excellence.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years related work and Platform experience; OR equivalent work experience.
- Direct Banking Industry experience.
- Hands-on modernization and transformation experience.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration.
- P&L experience.
- Strong leadership, team management skills.
- Completed ServiceNow and other relevant certifications (Customer Success, CSA, PMP, OCM, Lean).
- Ability to grow teams and embrace organizational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
