Full-Time Senior Manager / Deputy - Civil Solar Planning & Engineering

• Strategic LeadershipServe as Deputy to the Executive Director of Planning & Engineering.
• Assist the Executive Director of the P&E Division in leading technical and strategic activities.
• Serve as a liaison between Planning & Engineering, Project Development, and Corporate Finance.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, risk assessment frameworks, and quality control protocols across all projects.
• Project Development & ExecutionOversee early-stage site evaluations and conceptual layouts.
• Direct permitting strategy and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Manage consultant teams developing civil, electrical, and environmental studies.
• Advise Project Development and Corporate Finance on cost, constructability, and technical risk factors.
• Governance & OversightTrack engineering budgets, schedules, and progress across multiple concurrent projects.
• Oversee technical reviews and provide recommendations for executive decision-making and investment committees.
• Oversee the development of internal reporting dashboards and process documentation.
• Team & Culture DevelopmentMentor junior and mid-level engineers and planners.
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-driven team culture.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, and training initiatives.
