Full-Time Senior Manager, Finance Systems

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead our finance systems team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and applications.
• Partner with finance and accounting teams to understand business requirements.
• Manage a team of finance systems analysts.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all financial systems.
• Develop and implement best practices for system administration, security, and user support.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate financial systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in finance systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience with major systems (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle, Zip, Flowqast. workiva).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
