Senior Manager - Procurement, Strategic Programs will be responsible for execution of Global Procurement initiatives aligning with Avery Dennison's Plan to Win. This role will be a strategic enabler to the global procurement function, implementing industry best practices, driving execution of strategic initiatives and governance.
This role will seamlessly support collaborative efforts across the businesses of Label and Packaging Materials, Graphics Solutions, Reflective Solutions, and Performance Tapes.
Reports directly to the Senior Director, Strategic Programs and Operational Excellence.
Will enable execution of the functional strategies developed by the Global Materials Procurement Leadership Team (GMPLT).
Lead execution of highly complex global programs to achieve desired outcomes that position procurement as a value creator.

- Strategic Programs:
- Advantage Supplier Program: Refine and execute upon the framework; accelerate supplier partnerships.
- Tail Spend Management Program: Design, structure and partner to drive successful tail rationalization and spend tightening.
- Supplier Driven Innovation: Implement a structured way of inviting supplier-driven innovation.
- Supplier Risk Management Program: Drive centralized tracking and development of programs (Sole Source Reduction, Business Continuity Planning, and Third Party Risk Management).
- Special Projects: Drive ad hoc and time-sensitive projects enhancing Procurement's contribution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's/MBA desired.
- 10+ years strategic sourcing, category management, procurement/supply chain experience.
- Experience with Paper, Films, Chemicals, Indirect (major plus).
- International experience leading global/regional teams.
- Global travel may be required.
Salary Range: $135,750 - $181,000/year
