What You Will Achieve: As Onebrief's Product Design leader, you'll influence the development of our end-to-end military planning tool. You'll lead a lean team in understanding customer pain points, translating them into simple and effective design solutions. Your work will span UX, UI, user research, defining new features, and shaping the design system. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership across the organization to shape Onebrief's future offerings. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping design culture, refining processes, and ensuring products exceed user expectations. You will report to Rafa, our Head of Product and co-founder.

The ideal candidate has delivered B2B SaaS products where innovative and simple design was vital to success. We are interested in projects involving creative support, data visualization, or modern collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Seasoned design leader with a track record of managing and scaling design teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Positive track record of partnering with stakeholders and leaders in designing business-critical products.
- Successful launch of products from 0 to 1.
- Ability to discover what users truly need, even when they don't understand it themselves.
- Ownership and initiative in moving design initiatives forward.
- Ensuring highest quality design work by setting clear standards, encouraging innovation, and maintaining a user-centered approach.
