Full-Time Senior MEP Consultant

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Senior MEP Consultant to lead and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and shop drawing development for various architectural and interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage MEP design development from concept through to IFC/shop drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and other consultants.
• Review and validate drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes, SEC, NWC, and other local regulations.
• Provide input on material selection and sustainability strategies.
• Participate in project meetings, provide design guidance, and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare detailed MEP reports, load calculations, and coordination layouts as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in MEP design, coordination, and shop drawings.
• Strong portfolio of projects within the GCC, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
• Deep understanding of local authority regulations, approval processes, and technical standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and relevant calculation software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote consultancy setup.
