Full-Time Senior Preconstruction Architect / Designer

• Lead the architectural vision and strategy for EV operations facilities.
• Manage multiple concurrent design projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee feasibility studies, site layouts, and early-stage design concepts.
• Guide the design and coordination of EV charging layouts.
• Partner with engineering, operations, real estate, and facilities teams.
• Lead permitting efforts and ensure all designs meet applicable standards.
• Develop and maintain design playbooks and guidelines.
• Review construction documentation and conduct site visits.
• Contribute to long-term infrastructure planning.
• Manage relationships with external architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Implement design review processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in architectural design and pre-construction.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex, multi-site design projects.
• Experience designing EV charging infrastructure.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
• Deep understanding of building codes (ADA, NEC) and permitting processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
