Job Details
We’re looking for a full-time Senior Presentation Designer who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and brings elevated visual thinking to every New Business presentation. This isn’t about just making things “look good”—it’s about building narratives that move people.
You’ll collaborate closely with creative leads, strategists, and account teams to transform complex ideas into visually striking, strategically aligned presentations. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident under pressure, has an eye for detail, and can push the boundaries of what presentation design can be—while staying aligned with brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design of high-impact presentation decks across pitches, conferences, internal comms, and executive meetings.
- Reimagine slide layouts beyond templates—each deck should feel like a crafted, narrative-driven experience.
- Work in lockstep with creative directors, writers, and project managers to align visual storytelling with core messaging.
- Design with precision in PowerPoint (and sometimes Keynote), including seamless animation, transitions, and embedded media.
- Deliver on tight deadlines without sacrificing quality, polish, or originality.
- Help elevate the design standards of the team through critique, coaching, and sharing best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in presentation design or visual storytelling within an agency or in-house creative team.
- A portfolio that demonstrates sharp layout sense, typography skills, and strong command of visual hierarchy—especially within presentation formats.
- Experience working directly with senior leaders, execs, or high-profile accounts.
- Proven ability to balance speed and creativity under pressure.
- Mastery of PowerPoint with an expert understanding of animation, transitions, and master slide optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Confident use of storytelling and composition to elevate messaging through visual design.
- Ability to think strategically about visual hierarchy and narrative flow.
