We’re looking for a commercially-minded, data-savvy Senior Pricing Analyst to drive monetisation strategy at Trusted Housesitters. This is a hands-on, high-impact analytical role where you'll inform how we price, package, and optimise our membership model for sustainable growth.
Partnering closely with Product, Growth, and Finance teams, you'll deliver data-driven insights and experimentation to enhance revenue and lifetime value (LTV). Your subscription or marketplace background will allow you to quickly understand our member base, pinpoint opportunities, and test hypotheses around pricing elasticity, upselling, cross-selling, and retention.
- Lead analytical projects to optimise pricing, packaging, subscription tiers, and revenue experiments
- Translate complex datasets into actionable pricing recommendations and revenue strategies
- Run A/B tests to evaluate pricing changes, upsell prompts, and subscription improvements
- Model member lifetime value (LTV), average revenue per user (ARPU), churn, and pricing elasticity
- Provide analytical support to stakeholders across Product, Growth, and Finance
- Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decisions
- Establish and evolve monetisation KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
What You'll Bring:
- Proven analytical experience in pricing, monetisation, growth analytics, or subscription analytics roles
- Strong knowledge of subscription, marketplace, or membership-based business models
- Advanced SQL skills and experience designing, analysing, and interpreting A/B tests
- Highly commercial mindset—motivated by metrics like ARPU, LTV, churn, and incremental revenue
- Comfort working autonomously, navigating ambiguity, and prioritising high-impact projects
- Exceptional communication skills; able to clearly translate data insights into strategic actions
- Previous collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Finance, Marketing, Growth)
- Bonus: experience in monetisation-focused consultancies or high-growth B2C subscription businesses
