The Team:The App Engine Outbound Product Management team manages all outbound GTM and commercial aspects of the ServiceNow App Engine portfolio. Collaborates with marketing, sales, solution consulting, pricing strategy, operations, customer outcomes, product success, training, and certification teams.
The Role:ServiceNow seeks a Senior Principal Outbound Product Manager to lead customer adoption of GenAI offerings (Now Assist for Creator and Now Assist for App Engine). This role empowers customers to build transformative solutions on the ServiceNow AI Platform, ensuring their feedback directly influences product roadmap and strategy. Collaborates with customers and internal teams to drive adoption, align solutions with business priorities, and gather insights shaping future products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of GenAI customer use cases, challenges, and goals.
- Guide and support Now Assist for Creator adoption in high-impact accounts.
- Serve as Voice of the Customer (VoC) advocate within product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Lead early access programs to gather feedback and validate GenAI capabilities.
- Develop technical enablement and adoption content highlighting product value.
- Conduct onboarding and enablement sessions to scale adoption across customers and partners.
- Manage community engagement and create content to drive interest and success.
- Collaborate with analysts, partners, and thought leaders to share ServiceNow's GenAI vision.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in customer-facing roles (product management, technical consulting, presales, or business development).
- 5+ years of application development experience.
- Experience launching and scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments.
- Strong accountability, influencing, leading, and execution skills.
- Action-oriented mindset and motivation for impactful outcomes.
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, conveying technical concepts to various audiences.
Compensation:Base pay of $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.
