Full-Time Senior Principal Platform Architect- Banking

• Role Overview: Architects guide customers through digital transformation, lead solutioning discussions, and drive successful project delivery.
• Provide thought leadership and expert guidance to ensure customers achieve long-term value from the ServiceNow platform.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Establish strong governance frameworks, reduce technical debt, and enable scalable solutions.
• Key Responsibilities: Act as an expert providing architectural guidance and technical governance.
• Build strong relationships with customer technical and business leaders.
• Collaborate with teams to bridge the gap between sales, solutioning, and execution.
• Contribute to leading practices and thought leadership related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide a point of view to the ServiceNow product strategy team.
• Work with customers during the selling, structuring and implementation of solutions.
• Guide customers, partners, and internal team members to provide successful customer solutions.
• Translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint.
• Manage technical governance and a delivery operating model.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices.
• Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating engagements.
• Maintain skills and certifications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Support the professional development of others through mentoring.

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• 12+ years of experience in professional services.
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience.
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency in Toronto or nearby.
• Management consulting experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Creativity in a startup-paced environment.
• Success driving complex issues through resolution.
• Ability to relay complex information to diverse audiences.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• Industry domain expertise in Financial Services or Public Sector preferred.
• Large program experience leading architecture and design.
• Enterprise architecture experience.
• Cloud application technology experience.
