Full-Time Senior Principal Platform Architect- Banking

• Role Overview: Architects guide digital transformation, lead solutioning discussions, and drive successful project delivery.
• Provide thought leadership, best practices, and expert guidance.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, align business objectives with technology solutions, and scale ServiceNow expertise.
• Establish governance frameworks, reduce technical debt, and enable scalable solutions.
• Part of the Customer Outcomes team to accelerate platform adoption.

• Provide architectural guidance, technical governance, and best practices for strategic accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customer technical and business leaders.
• Collaborate with teams to bridge the gap between sales, solutioning, and execution.
• Contribute to leading practices and thought leadership.
• Provide a point of view to the ServiceNow product strategy team.
• Work with customer teams during solution implementation.
• Guide customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Translate goals to outcomes into a customer roadmap.
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow.
• Manage technical governance and a delivery operating model.
• Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt.
• Support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements.
• Maintain skills/certifications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Support the professional development of others.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI.
• 12+ years in a professional services organization.
• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Platform experience.
• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency in Toronto or nearby.
• Management consulting experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Creativity with comfort running programs independently.
• Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Ability to relay complex information to diverse audiences.
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
• Industry domain expertise in Financial Services or Public Sector preferred.
• Large program experience leading architecture and design.
• Enterprise architecture experience.
• Cloud application technology experience.
