High-leverage, business-critical role shaping search for conversational experiences.
Guide development of foundational search capabilities for personalized, relevant, and trusted information.
Drive product strategy for search, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and question-answering.
Prioritize product and build consensus. Facilitate cross-functional teams (ML research, engineering, UX research, design).
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and outcomes. Integrate user research, customer pilots, and market analysis into requirements to enhance satisfaction.
Translate complex problems into clear requirements. Develop multimodal communications.
Forge partnerships with other product teams. Establish metrics for measuring search and GenAI quality and value.
Serve as team guide and coach.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years software product management experience
- Direct experience building GenAI, NLP, or search
- Strong prioritization skills
- Experience capturing and defining product requirements
- Deep customer empathy; delivering customer-centric solutions
- Expertise synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience navigating ambiguity and articulating tradeoffs
- Ability to navigate ML quality and UX design
