ServiceNow is seeking a highly technical and customer-obsessed Senior Principal Inbound Product Manager to join the RaptorDB product team. This role focuses on computational services with an emphasis on massively parallel processing (MPP) engines. Candidates should be familiar with platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Teradata, or Synapse and their uses across analytics, AI, ML, and business applications.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with customers, researchers, and architects on developing and testing innovative product ideas.
- Define and groom product roadmap.
- Engage stakeholders on necessary inputs for product strategy & roadmap.
- Establish and maintain relationships with other BUs to evaluate and manage cross-BU dependencies.
- Create product/feature plans for each release, including acceptance criteria, use cases, success metrics, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering team on release management.
- Gather, prioritize and define requirements into executable epics and user stories for engineering.
- Define key product success metrics and ensure they are instrumented & reviewed.
- Know top customers intimately, their specific use cases, gains and pains.
- Understand use cases by BU to better serve internal customers.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 12+ years experience in Product Management or equivalent experience in a technical role.
- Domain expertise in one or more enterprise databases and/or data platforms.
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities.
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap.
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Ability to serve as a team lead, and coach employees at lower levels.
