Sr. Product Designer | Acorns

Acorns seeks a Sr. Product Designer to join our dynamic team. You'll collaborate on every stage of product development, from ideation to strategy, UX, and visual design. Work with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers) to design & deliver user-centered features across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product goals, translate requirements into design solutions, and address user pain points.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered features.
• Develop and present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Incorporate user research into the design process.
• Actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

What you will bring to Acorns:

• 5+ years experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Strong understanding of design principles (typography, UI, color schemes, layout, iconography).
• Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio showcasing impactful user-centered solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within a design system.
• Passion for Acorns' mission and a commitment to societal change.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude, managing ambiguity.
