Full-Time Senior Product Designer

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll join our cross-disciplinary team, closely collaborating with Product Managers & Engineers. You'll play a key role in growing the Adthena analytics platform, encompassing the web application, API, and overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire design process, from discovery and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI.
• Prototype and test new features, gathering feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Participate in product feature design sessions, including paper prototyping and proof of concept development.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into practical design improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Data Science teams.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system.
• Contribute to strategic product discussions, shaping the product roadmap.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Explore and integrate AI tools into the design process.
• Evolve persona and behavior archetypes and develop user journeys.
