Full-Time Senior Product Designer

Lead end-to-end product design across multiple product pods, balancing discovery, delivery, and iteration.

Translate complex trade and reconciliation data into intuitive visual workflows and interfaces.

Apply design thinking to understand user pain points and drive adoption and engagement.

Define and implement UI patterns for internal applications that balance clarity and efficiency.

Explore and design AI-assisted experiences, leveraging LLMs for data matching and user.

Manage design work in Figma, maintaining design systems and ensuring consistency.

Conduct UX QA to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.

Lead client meetings, clearly articulating design decisions, and gathering feedback to guide direction.

Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, translating design strategy into business value.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, data-driven interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience building or maintaining design systems.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing for internal or enterprise applications and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to varying stages of product maturity.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and ability to translate them into practical design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design decisions to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead design direction on a project.
• Experience with financial, wealth management, or regulatory environments is a nice to have.
