Full-Time Senior Product Designer

CaptivateIQ is the leading Sales Performance Management solution, trusted by customers including Affirm, Gong, and Figma. We help revenue teams automate processes, hit revenue targets, and adapt with business change.

We’re seeking a passionate Senior Product Designer to create seamless user experiences for data management, modeling, visualization, and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design thinking and delivery, turning user research into ideas, sketches, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to drive product vision and experience.
• Independently manage complex projects, from problem identification to solution delivery.
• Be the expert in your product area, excelling in visual, system, and interaction design.
• Collaborate with the EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) team to contribute to the product roadmap.
• Forge strong partnerships with Product Management and Engineering to ensure cohesive product outcomes.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Proven success in shipping successful products.
• Mastery of visual design, interaction design, system design, and prototyping.
• Experience working on complex systems and translating them into usable experiences.
• Proficient in managing the design process from concept to implementation.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Management and Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Figma and other design tools.
