Full-Time Senior Product Designer

About the Role: As a Senior Product Designer on the Growth team, you'll drive product-led growth through data-informed design.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading the redesign of key user journeys (trial, free Developer plan, upgrade).
• Designing & implementing rapid experiments to improve conversion metrics.
• Analyzing user behavior data to identify friction points and opportunities.
• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and marketing to execute a cohesive growth strategy.
• Establishing frameworks for measuring design impact.
• Championing a culture of experimentation and learning.
• Developing scalable growth design patterns.
• Mentoring others in growth-focused design principles.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in growth, conversion, or acquisition design.
• A portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue).
• Strong experience with iterative design, rapid prototyping, and testing.
• Experience designing B2B or enterprise products.
• Experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
• Data-driven decision making approach focused on growth metrics.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience in a remote-first environment.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with product analytics tools.
• Knowledge of dbt and data engineering workflows.
• Experience growing self-service revenue in a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience developing systems for gathering and integrating user feedback.
