You'll be joining a small design team. You'll craft the next generation of products, enhance core features, and craft the vision of the most user-centered design company in the Construction Industry.

What you'll do:
- Re-imagine the next generation of 3D and data visualization tools
- Build analytics dashboards
- Create new features and products for project teams
- Design industry-leading experiences for our core application
- Craft tools that provide users clarity
- Turn ambiguous problems into concrete new products
- Influence the roadmap through user research
- Use sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and designs
- Work collaboratively with design, product, and engineering teams
- Engage in design reviews and share work with leadership
What you bring:
- 5+ years relevant design experience at a tech company
- Independently driven high-impact and 0-1 design projects in complex SAAS applications
- High visual craft skills
- Ability to reduce complex problems to simple experiences
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high-impact and 0-1 projects
- Demonstrates user empathy and prioritization
- Proven track record (preferred)
- Design with qualitative and quantitative data
- Communicate design work to stakeholders
- Prototyping expertise
- Strong independence and ability to champion vision
Location: Bay Area
Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000/year
