Full-Time Senior Product Designer

Flodesk is a fast-growing email marketing company that helps creators sell online and design engaging emails. We aim to provide simple and intuitive tools for small business owners to grow, nurture, and monetize their email lists. We are a remote-first company headquartered in San Francisco, CA.

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team in the EU.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver beautiful and intelligent product experiences for member needs.
• Ensure consistency across all product surfaces (emails, forms, workflows, checkouts).
• Transform static designs into dynamic, editable templates.
• Contribute to the overall product and design direction.
• Maintain visual consistency with the Flodesk brand.
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams.
• Contribute to hiring and fostering design culture.

Required Skills:

• Several years of experience as a Product Designer in a design-forward SaaS company.
• Strong visual eye and inspiration seeking.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and focus on elegant solutions.
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams across time zones.
