Full-Time Senior Product Designer

The Role: Senior Product Designer. Shape our mission, vision, and strategy by understanding user and business needs. Craft scalable solutions and ideal user journeys. Closely partner with Product Management, Engineering, and fellow Designers.

Responsibilities: Play a key role in shaping product and design strategy.
Translate business requirements and user research into design solutions.
Own the entire user journey (concept to production) for retail and institutional products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Create web and mobile experiences.
Contribute to design system and improve design quality.

Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Design experience.
Strong product strategy skills, ability to work independently.
Experience collaborating to deliver successful products.
In-depth understanding of user-centered design, from research to high-fidelity interfaces.
Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and deliver quality work on time.
Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools.
Strong problem-solving skills; understanding of the crypto space and user needs.

Salary Range: $137,000 - $192,000 (NY, CA, WA)

Work Policy: Flexible hybrid work policy for employees within 30 miles of NYC and Seattle offices. Employees in these areas expected to work from the office twice a week. Remote-first for others.
