Full-Time Senior Product Designer

In 2024, we raised a $53M Series B. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Designer to lead experience design of our groundbreaking homebuilding platform.

What you'll do:

• Lead design of intuitive, scalable user experiences.
• Translate complex workflows into simple solutions.
• Partner with homebuilders, suppliers, contractors, and buyers to understand their needs.
• Develop journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Influence product strategy with a strong design perspective.

About you:

• Product-minded designer who thrives on complex problems and user-centered solutions.
• 7+ years of web-based software design experience (UX/Interaction).
• Proven track record shipping high-quality product experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process, thinking, and simplification skills.
• Deep user empathy and clear communication skills.
• Systems-thinking mindset, balancing detail with product vision.
• Experience defining and delivering net-new experiences.
• Ability to articulate trade-offs and manage ambiguity.

Bonus points for:

• Background/passion in architecture, construction tech, or home design.
• Familiarity with 3D tools (Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Unity, Three.js).
• Experience contributing to a design system.
