In 2024, we raised a $53M Series B. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Designer to lead experience design of our groundbreaking homebuilding platform.
What you'll do:
- Lead design of intuitive, scalable user experiences.
- Translate complex workflows into simple solutions.
- Partner with homebuilders, suppliers, contractors, and buyers to understand their needs.
- Develop journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams.
- Influence product strategy with a strong design perspective.
About you:
- Product-minded designer who thrives on complex problems and user-centered solutions.
- 7+ years of web-based software design experience (UX/Interaction).
- Proven track record shipping high-quality product experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process, thinking, and simplification skills.
- Deep user empathy and clear communication skills.
- Systems-thinking mindset, balancing detail with product vision.
- Experience defining and delivering net-new experiences.
- Ability to articulate trade-offs and manage ambiguity.
Bonus points for:
- Background/passion in architecture, construction tech, or home design.
- Familiarity with 3D tools (Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Unity, Three.js).
- Experience contributing to a design system.
