Who You AreWe seek a Senior Product Designer to solve complex problems and create intuitive, elegant experiences for enterprise users.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for key product areas, from research to launch.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs, workflow pain points, and mental models.
- Translate complexity into clarity with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interaction specs.
- Design clean and powerful ways for users to interact with data, dashboards, and alerts.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system for scalability, accessibility, and consistency.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of feedback and improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, focusing on enterprise or complex B2B tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing simplification of complicated workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
- Proven experience designing for SaaS power users (logistics, security, or operations).
- Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
- Empathy for users, sharp business and technical intuition.
- Excellent storytelling, written communication, and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field (preferred).
