Full-Time Senior Product Designer

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Workflows team.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will:

• Drive the design vision for PandaDoc Workflows.
• Optimize user journeys (ease of discovery, exploration, and adoption).
• Identify pain points, validate solutions, and uncover new opportunities through usability testing, customer interviews, and interactive prototyping.
• Own the full design cycle, from research to implementation.
• Communicate design solutions to teammates, stakeholders, and customers.
• Collaborate closely with product owners and engineers to iterate based on insights, experiments, and feedback.
• Advocate for design excellence and adopt a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio.
• Balance bold product ideas with user satisfaction.
• Recognize the impact of solving user problems on the business.
• Possess a growth mindset and a desire to improve user experience.
• Value data and look beyond numbers.
• Formal presentation skills.
• Strong English skills (verbal and written, upper-intermediate level).

Bonus Points: Experience in designing workflows, rules engines, or automation systems.
