Senior Product Designer
Role Overview
Design and drive the design vision across our products, adapting to evolving user and business needs. Lead user research efforts end-to-end, synthesizing insights into actionable product direction. Design and establish best practices and processes for the design team, consistently evaluating and adjusting to ensure alignment with evolving goals and objectives. Develop user journeys that not only meet functional needs but also foster engagement and satisfaction. Evolve and extend our visual design language with awareness of emerging AI and design trends. Translate product objectives into compelling user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, usability, and consistency during implementation. Present design decisions clearly, articulating rationale, tradeoffs, and user value. Mentor and support junior designers with guidance, critique, and design reviews.
