About the Job: We seek a Senior Product Designer with expertise in UX, UI, interaction, systems design, and testing/research. You'll own the design process from ideation to launch and beyond. Focus on upper and mid-funnel customer growth. Work with product, engineering, site merchandising, and creative teams to improve key pages.
What You'll Do:
- Create delightful and functional mobile experiences.
- Define product/project objectives with product managers and engineers.
- Lead and manage usability tests.
- Develop UX deliverables throughout project lifecycle.
- Marry product design with brand and visual design for compelling experiences.
- Communicate UX strategy and rationale.
- Develop presentations showcasing UX strategy.
- Evangelize product design methodology.
About You:
- 5+ years experience in mobile consumer-focused business/product.
- Strong understanding of experience principles and customer needs.
- Ability to create strategic experiences aligned with business goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to critique UX and visual designs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Experience presenting to executives and guiding decisions for enhancements/redesigns.
- Experience in agile environments.
- Strong Figma (prototyping) and UserTesting.com skills.
