About the roleThis Senior Product Designer will play a key role in building and developing core app experiences, maintaining cohesion through cross-vertical collaborations.

We are looking for a strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity, who can translate strategies into beautiful designs meeting user needs and driving business impact.

You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to define quarterly strategy, ideate, prototype, test, inform the roadmap, and deliver impact.

Leverage data and research to understand user needs, applying insights to designs that deliver clear and measurable value for customers and the business.

Craft functional, delightful, and impactful end-to-end experiences (mobile and desktop).

What you'll be working on

• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices.
• Lead rapid prototyping and testing to evaluate solutions, developing concepts into longer-term design solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and UXR partners.
• Leverage research, data, competitive analysis, and customer research to inform the roadmap.
• Build consensus and alignment to deliver impactful design.
• Contribute to raising design quality through collaboration.

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years of Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating critical thinking, data-informed decisions, high-level craft, and measurable impact.
• Experience in B2C products with high-engagement touchpoints, especially on mobile.
• Skilled in ideating, rapid prototyping, and testing.
• Effective stakeholder management.
• Experience working on '0-1' consumer products in fast-paced environments.
• Experience informing design decisions using user research and data.
• Mastery of Figma, including interactive prototyping and working efficiently with design libraries.

• Motion/interaction design skills
• Familiarity with data gathering and analysis tools (e.g., Amplitude)

Salary Range $109,000 - $153,000 USD
