About the Role: As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape Thrive Market's digital experience, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Member Services teams. You'll design intuitive solutions driving engagement, conversion, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives (discovery to execution).
- Work with product designers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to create member-focused, easy-to-use experiences.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system.
- Mentor junior designers.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of product design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design.
- Expertise in Figma and other design tools.
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-informed design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, subscription businesses, or consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
- Passion for Thrive Market's mission and member experience.
- Passion for customer-centric design, experimentation, and optimization.
Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000/year (DOE).
