Full-Time Senior Product Designer

Automation group manages how customers discover and connect to other platforms, use data to power product experiences and tests, and drive compliance-related security outcomes to generate evidence for audit.

As a Senior Product Designer in the Automation group, you will help customers test their data and continuously monitor their compliance program.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and execution of strategic components and features to drive customer value.
• Engage in customer discovery to shape feature strategy and design scalable experiences.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify design initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Foster collaboration among design peers for effective and adaptable solutions.
• Enhance the design system to support strategic objectives and high design standards.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products.
• Proven ability to create impactful designs by understanding the domain, customer insights, validated decisions, and influencing internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in leading the design process from ambiguity to execution.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to mentor and influence others, driving design strategy.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and managing projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Portfolio required showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship.
