Full-Time Senior Product Designer Europe

Hostaway is seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives in owning the full design process—from discovery to delivery. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, impactful, and scalable experiences across web and mobile. This role is fully remote, but the candidate must be located within the European region. You will create intuitive experiences that drive user adoption and expansion. Leverage product usage data and feedback loops to refine feature adoption flows, in-app guidance, and key "aha" moments that align user value with business outcomes. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and business goals and transform them into compelling user-centered solutions.

Your Mission:

• Lead end-to-end design work, driving the full design process.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user pain points and validate hypotheses.
• Translate complex product and user requirements into thoughtful, elegant solutions.
• Craft high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Standardize and scale the UI across platforms.
• Advocate for the user and design best practices across the organization.
• Design for web and mobile, ensuring cohesive and responsive experiences.
• Share knowledge, give and receive constructive feedback.
• Keep up with the latest tools, trends, and techniques in UX and UI.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience designing for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C products.
• Experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
• Ability to propose and lead ideation sessions.
• Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English.
• Strong organizational skills

Nice to have skills:

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
• Experience with analytics tools (Pendo, HotJar, etc.)
• Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment
• Previous experience with booking software
