Responsibilities: The Senior Product Designer II will lead the design of our core recording software. This involves designing features enabling remote team and individual video recording, plus capturing recordings from collaborators. You'll encompass the full spectrum, from video aesthetics to producer interactions, enabling non-experts to create impactful content easily. The role impacts the entire platform through collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role reports to the Director of Product Design, overseeing design for the Create pillar (video editing and webinars), and will be involved in every development stage (strategy, exploration, implementation). You will help shape Record's future vision and prioritize features with a user-centered focus.

Requirements:
- 8+ years experience designing software/web applications
- Expertise in visual design, interaction design, multi-step workflows
- Strong user-centered approach, articulating user insights and business needs

- Excellent cross-discipline collaboration
Success Factors:
- Experience with B2B SaaS, recording, audio, video, streaming, or marketing products
- Proven experience in user research and empathy-building
- High proficiency with Figma, design systems, responsive design

- Ability to define near-term requirements and explore strategic opportunities
