Role Description and Mission: As a Senior Product Lead, Accident Management, you’ll take the reins of shaping the future of accident management products and services at Agero.
Key Outcomes:
- Build the Product Roadmap: Own and execute the strategic product roadmap for accident management products. Align with cross-functional teams.
- Innovate & Drive Product Excellence: Identify market opportunities to enhance Agero’s accident management products. Define and execute cutting-edge features and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product development.
- Identify Market Opportunities: Use competitive analysis to inform and evolve the product strategy.
- Drive New Product Revenue: Partner with business leadership to commercialize new product offerings.
- Become a Product Evangelist: Be the go-to subject matter expert.
- Mentor & Inspire: Lead by example, mentoring less-experienced product managers.
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in product management.
- Strategic Mindset: Develop and execute long-term product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Client-Centric Focus: Identify client pain points and translate insights into compelling features.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire collaboration.
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Driven by innovation and problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Present complex ideas persuasively.
- Project Management Expertise: Manage multiple projects and initiatives.
Travel Requirements: Expect to travel up to 20% for client meetings, industry events.
Possible salary range: $122,000 - $165,000 USD
