The Opportunity: We seek a results-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of AI-powered workflow capabilities for our SaaS B2B platform. This role focuses on driving intelligent, automated, and scalable solutions to streamline and optimize business processes for enterprise clients.
As the product owner, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered workflow solutions and content management systems (CMS). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative capabilities that enable clients to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and achieve better business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven workflow capabilities (including CMS) within our SaaS B2B platform. Own integrations with third-party workflow and automation partners. Align product initiatives with customer needs and business objectives, focusing on driving measurable client outcomes (increased efficiency, reduced costs). Own product KPIs (automation rates, workflow efficiency, customer satisfaction).
- AI/ML Expertise: Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build and refine AI-powered workflow solutions (intelligent task routing, automated decision-making, predictive analytics). Explore virtual call center solutions and their use of TMLP's ML optimization models to enhance customer interactions and streamline call center operations. Stay abreast of AI/ML trends for workflow automation.
- Customer-Centric Development: Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand pain points, workflows, and goals. Utilize data to prioritize development and improve the customer experience. Develop features allowing clients to tailor solutions to their unique needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with research, design, engineering, and data teams. Communicate product vision and updates to internal stakeholders, gathering feedback.
- Compliance & Scalability: Ensure all workflow capabilities meet data privacy, compliance, and ethical standards. Design scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
