Full-Time Senior Product Manager

• You’ll be responsible for defining strategy, leading cross-functional execution, and launching innovative solutions.
• You’ll work across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to bring new capabilities to life and scale adoption.
• You’ll own key product initiatives from concept to delivery — whether it's driving first-time user success, optimizing the trial experience, or enabling teams to measure the ROI of their onboarding flows.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core areas of our platform.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to bring new features to life.
• Lead customer discovery efforts to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support product-led growth, adoption, and retention strategies.
• Prioritize opportunities and define clear problem statements, success metrics, and hypotheses to guide decision-making.
• Monitor financial metrics and product usage data and feedback to continuously improve the user experience and drive business and customer outcomes.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for high-quality, user-centered product development.

• 5+ years of experience in product management for SaaS or software products.
• Strong product sense and a track record of delivering features that drive real customer value.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Solid understanding of user experience design, experimentation, and agile delivery.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with product analytics and customer feedback tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Hotjar, Pendo, etc.).
