About the Opportunity: Our Core Product team seeks a lead to deliver the best experience possible. This role reports to the VP of Product Management and requires Health Tech product experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle (discovery, requirements, launch, iteration, maintenance).
- Manage a requirements backlog.
- Support third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering for secure, scalable solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Drive user research and gather customer feedback.
- Define and track product metrics (performance, satisfaction, impact).
- Partner with marketing and customer success for product communication and adoption.
Required Skills:
- Agile experience
- Proven experience in 0-to-1 and scaling products
- Data-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for customer-centric product development
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science)
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or a similar industry is a plus
