About the Role Healthcare organizations rely on accurate provider data for millions of transactions daily. Certify is on a mission to build the data infrastructure that will power the next generation of provider technology. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of the direct-to-provider experience.
What you will do
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Provider Portal, focusing on usability, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
- Prioritize features that enable providers to manage their data and streamline interactions with stakeholders.
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
- Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with design teams to ensure the portal delivers an intuitive and efficient user interface.
- Incorporate user feedback and market trends into product decisions.
- Oversee processes for the accuracy, security, and usability of provider data.
- Define and track product KPIs.
- Share roadmap progress and results with stakeholders regularly.
What are our must haves
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably within enterprise SaaS platforms and consumer-facing solutions.
- Proven expertise in building user interfaces that manage complex workflows.
- Experience working with data integrations, APIs, and structured/unstructured data sources.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices.
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with a focus on customer value and business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead products from conception to delivery.
