The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in digital product management in a cross-functional, agile environment. To be successful, this person must have a deep understanding of the consulting mindset, user-centered prioritization, and the ability to build trust with a wide variety of stakeholders in a complex organization.
The role requires a candidate who has excellent communication, leadership, and technical product skills. This is a customer-facing role, working to translate the needs of users and the business into digital product features.
Product Manager Responsibilities

- Maintain product backlog: Work with cross-functional teams to define the technical requirements for the product, including creating user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and prototypes, as well as collaborating with engineers to ensure technical feasibility. Prioritize the backlog based on product strategy and inputs from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers: Work with designers to turn feature requests and product requirements into wireframes, workflows, and designs. Conduct design reviews with engineers and functional stakeholders and ensure diverse technical and functional feedback is incorporated into the designs prior to ticketing work.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams: Define technical specifications and user experience, and ensure the highest operational excellence for your product, including availability, security, scale, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work in cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, project management, and account management to ensure successful product launches and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the development process: Drive the design and development of new features and enhancements, and oversee the product development process to ensure the product is developed to specification and delivered on time. This may include managing agile development sprints, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders about status updates.
- Track product performance: Track key product metrics to evaluate the product's performance and make data-driven decisions about future development.
- Foster an inclusive environment: Ensure team members are empowered to do their best work and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and belonging.
- Manage direct reports: As a People Manager, provide oversight to direct reports on professional development and growth. Hire and manage project staffing requirements in line with project objectives.

- Experience launching products leveraging artificial intelligence, to include generative AI and large language models
- Ability to effectively articulate a product vision and strategy
