Full-Time Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a self-starting, mission-driven Product Manager to build products that make a difference.

Your impact: You'll transform ideas into features that enhance user experience and meet customer needs. You'll shape product development processes, make technical decisions, and own key initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product goals into requirements.
2. Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather feedback, and translate it into actionable product improvements.
3. Independently and collaboratively create requirements and user stories with customers and team members.
4. Investigate and analyze requests from customers, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Communicate the vision through wireframes, documents, and presentations.
6. Manage, track, and present project status to stakeholders.
7. Act as the voice of the user within the scrum team, advocating for client and product requirements.
8. Schedule and lead requirements reviews with engineers.
9. Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
10. Collaborate with the product management team for successful product launches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating user stories, managing a product backlog, and prioritizing features.
• Comfort with agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment. Start-up experience is a plus.
• Proactive mindset, ability to take initiative and deliver results.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent execution skills; lead projects from conception to launch.
• Passion for building products that make a difference.
• Willingness to assist the team in multiple capacities.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder; able to pass an FBI background check; undergo background checks for sensitive data handling.

Salary: $90K to $130K + DOE
