Full-Time Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced, consumer-focused Senior Product Manager, who will help us deliver the best customer experience in the market. You will be responsible for driving and owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of products for a critical product line, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy.
• Influence executive stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Oversee multiple products or a complex product line.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, external partners, and key customers.
• Present business cases and product strategies to executives.
• Mentor and develop Product Managers and junior team members.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Own product P&L, set and track financial targets.
• Drive organizational change and champion best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Around 5 years relevant experience in logistics/e-commerce.
• Experience leading products through their full lifecycle.
• Passionate about scale and long-term value.
• Understanding of business strategy and metrics.
• Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
