Full-Time Senior Product Manager

About Level AI: Level AI, a Series C startup in Mountain View, California, revolutionizes customer engagement by transforming contact centers into strategic assets. We use AI, including Large Language Models, to extract deep insights from customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize new features based on data analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and customer research.
• Drive product execution and implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage milestones, budget, and timelines.
• Execute product planning, defining customer goals and business requirements, ensuring alignment with product goals and requirements.
• Drive product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment, preparation, and execution plans to monitor outcomes.
• Build go-to-market strategies for new products/features to align with customer and business goals.
• Gain deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Oversee the product lifecycle (ideation, prototyping, research, design, launch, iteration, end-of-life).
• Collaborate with engineering to improve software delivery best practices.
• Critically assess emerging technologies, analyze constraints, perform risk assessment, and build mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Math, Systems Engineering, MIS) or MBA.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in AI products.
• Experience in defining, developing, and managing new products in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
• Strong detail orientation, organizational, and project management skills.
