About the Role
Lumos reinvents enterprise access by turning IT into a product. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager for App Store & Provisioning to lead automation, JIT provisioning, and least privilege access at scale.
Responsibilities
- Access Request & Fulfillment: Own the end-to-end user experience, ensuring high success rates.
- Provisioning Engine: Drive the architecture of the provisioning infrastructure (manual, semi-automated, fully automated).
- Just-in-Time Access: Expand support for JIT access across SaaS, internal apps, and infra.
- App Catalog & Management: Scale the App Store with metadata, integrations, and configuration.
- Workflow & Policy Abstractions: Define reusable components (approval flows, templates, rules).
- Access Accuracy & Auditability: Partner with security teams to ensure access is justified, logged, and reviewed.
Values
- Access & Provisioning Expertise: 5+ years in product management, ideally with IAM or access governance experience.
- Workflow & Policy Thinking: Built request/approval engines, access flows, or orchestration layers.
- Systems Awareness: Understand dependencies between UX, policy engines, integrations, and APIs.
- Security-First Mentality: Prioritize least privilege, JIT, and auditability.
- Strong UX + Infra Balance: Care about end-user flows and backend complexity.
Compensation: $145,000 - $175,000 (estimated)
