Full-Time Senior Product Manager

Mitek (NASDAQ: MITK) is a global leader in digital & biometric identity authentication, fraud prevention, and mobile deposit solutions. We are looking for a hands-on, technology-proficient Senior Product Manager to lead, define, and deliver innovative Check Fraud Detection solutions for our customers.

What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):

• Define product planning and work with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations, executive management) to translate business needs into a product.
• Collaborate with marketing, customers, sales, and support to drive product roadmaps.
• Work with designers, developers (remote), and subject matter experts to scope, design, and build projects.
• Analyze data with engineering, research, and data science to optimize the product.
• Collaborate with other PMs on interconnected products/technologies.
• Utilize Mitek standard PM and agile processes.
• Monitor and improve key metrics through innovation.
• Establish product delivery timelines with engineering.
• Stay current on competitive landscapes and strategies.
• Collaborate with product marketing for customer needs and market collateral.

What You Need (Qualifications):

• 5+ years experience in banking, banking technology, or high-volume transaction processing (focused on fraud preferred)
• End-to-end product ownership experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (technical discipline preferred)
• Customer obsession and innovation track record
• Domain expertise in check operations and check fraud
• Knowledge of banking regulations
• Check operations experience
• Agile software product development experience
• API and UI development experience

What would be nice (preferred skills):

• Understanding of computer vision, AI, and machine learning
