Full-Time Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager will lead the evolution of our Omnichannel Communication Hub, driving feature development and optimization to increase adoption and impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with internal stakeholders to scope new features that can deliver business value.
• Evaluate communication solutions and technical approaches, considering both buy vs. build solutions to balance outcome and speed-to-market.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Natera to plan for operational changes driven by new platform and features to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Drive innovation and product strategy, create/maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features based on internal and external feedback to optimize user experience.
• Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze relevant data to drive decision-making.
• Provide detailed requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows), prioritize backlogs, participate/facilitate scrum ceremonies and help define technical solutions with off-shore scrum teams.
• Partner with UX designers, engineers and QA to deliver seamless user experiences that meet both business and user needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, or digital product management.
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, healthtech, biotech, or communications is a plus.
• Direct, hands-on experience with developing and launching communication tools.
• Twilio experience is a plus.
• Ability to dive deep into complex problems and come up with creative, scalable solutions.
• Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work and influence cross-functional teams; effective at building rapport with key stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions.
• Proficiency in BI tools (ex. PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
• Experience working in an agile development environment; prior experience leading and influencing remote engineering teams.
