We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive impactful AI/ML capabilities for our growing client base. The ideal candidate excels in advanced AI/ML technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt management, and AI observability.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end product focus areas, prioritizing user needs.
- Translate business challenges into impactful user features, leveraging AI and NLP.
- Prioritize high-impact features focused on LLM integration, prompt engineering, and ML observability.
- Craft a product strategy leveraging market and competitor insights, focusing on conversational AI and generative ML.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and champion customer needs.
- Develop clear product briefs, roadmaps, and user stories, especially for LLM/NLP products.
- Partner with UX to design intuitive user experiences using natural language interfaces and generative AI.
- Collaborate with Engineering to streamline execution and bring product vision to life, including robust AI model monitoring.
- Partner with Data Science to guide research, prioritize model development, and accelerate prototype scaling.
- Adapt to changing priorities while balancing business impact, customer expectations, and market advancements.
- Foster knowledge sharing and alignment across teams.
Requirements
- Engineering degree + 5+ years of progressive product management experience (MBA is a plus)
- Experience working in small startup teams, focused on independent decision-making and AI/ML initiatives.
- Proven success delivering AI/ML SaaS products with measurable impact.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt management, and NLP.
- Strong ability to collaborate with Data Science teams.
- Keen attention to detail in explaining complex AI concepts (observability, performance, data pipelines)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, influencing stakeholders.
- Experience with customer service/contact center platforms (AI automation, virtual agents is a plus).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Lean Startup methodologies.
