Full-Time Senior Product Manager

Job Purpose: As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead a cross-functional team focused on financial services. You'll drive roadmap, prioritization, and problem-solving, reporting to the Product Director. You'll manage business stakeholders and your team, creating customer-delight products with autonomy and the ability to handle constructive debate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement product strategies aligned with SAVii's vision.
2. Collaborate with senior management on product plans and roadmaps.
3. Build a strong cross-functional team and ensure sufficient resources for product challenges.
4. Analyze processes, user journeys, identify pain points, and structure product objectives.
5. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and teams to shape requirements, features, and products.
6. Manage the product lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, release, promotion, monitoring, and support.
7. Prioritize initiatives and ensure products launch correctly and on time.
8. Measure and track product use, user impact, and product objective progress.
9. Work closely with engineers to review technical design and ensure suitability for current and future initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and implementation
• Strong business and technical vision
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Understanding of solution development cycles and proven experience shipping solutions on time
• Exceptional customer relationship skills and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience in B2C lending across financial products
• Experience working with core banking or complex financial systems
• Location in Manila
