Full-Time Senior Product Manager

You’ll love it because you will… Lead the post-purchase customer journey, including returns, order tracking, account pages, and transactional emails—ensuring a seamless, branded experience.  Own logistics and fraud tooling integrations, collaborating with operations and engineering to improve reliability, visibility, and security.  Drive platform enablement work, including reusable tools, backend services, and custom logic using Azure and Shopify Functions.  Design and evolve internal tooling for the CX team, helping them better serve customers with speed and context.  Prioritize a roadmap that balances immediate business needs with long-term scalability and user experience improvements.  Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and customer experience teams to launch high-impact solutions.  Set success metrics, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on insights and feedback.
