Experian is seeking a Senior Product Manager with expertise in consumer-facing digital mortgage solutions. In this role, you will design and drive the roadmap for innovative products that will enhance Experian's D2C experience, empowering consumers to better understand, manage, and optimize their mortgage experience.
Responsibilities:
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in consumer digital products, FinTech, or mortgage-related platforms.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with consumer analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), A/B testing, and Agile development. SQL and Python.
Communication: Strong storytelling and communication skills.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage finance, servicing, and consumer credit.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer mortgage solutions.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct market research and user feedback analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, legal, and data science teams.
- Data-Driven Personalization: Leverage Experian's data assets to personalize consumer experiences.
- Regulatory & Privacy Compliance: Ensure products meet consumer data privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor product KPIs and iterate based on consumer feedback and analytics.
