Experian is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the roadmap for innovative consumer-facing digital mortgage solutions. This role involves enhancing Experian's D2C experience, empowering consumers to manage and optimize their mortgage experience.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and execute product vision for consumer mortgage solutions.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct market research and user feedback analysis.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, legal, and data science teams.
- Data-Driven Personalization: Leverage data to personalize consumer experiences.
- Regulatory & Privacy Compliance: Ensure products meet data privacy standards.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor product KPIs and iterate based on feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years in consumer digital products, FinTech, or mortgage platforms.
- Familiarity with consumer analytics tools, A/B testing, and Agile development.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of mortgage finance and consumer credit.
