Full-Time Senior Product Manager - Fiat

About BVNK: BVNK provides modern payment infrastructure for businesses, unifying banks and blockchains on a single platform. About this role: The Fiat Payments Processing Platform is core to BVNK's fiat capabilities. It enables teams (Banking, Virtual Accounts, TechFinance, GSN/FX) to scale and accelerate delivery cycles. You will enable Layer1 to leverage BVNK's fiat capabilities, vital for our Fiat Orchestration strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision for the Fiat Processing Platform.
• Identify and implement best practices in payment processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Compliance, Finance, Legal, Banking Partnerships, Financial Operations) to define product requirements.
• Partner with engineers to design, scope, and implement features.
• Lead agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Ensure platform scalability with other Product Managers and engineers.
• Foster product-led culture company-wide.

Requirements:

• FinTech/Payments experience (Product, Engineering, Payment Operations).
• Deep understanding of payment processing.
• Daily interaction and leadership of engineering teams.
• Customer-centric approach with strong collaboration skills.
• Data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
• Passion for growth and product adoption.
